UWS Penrith Residential College offers quality

apartments and townhouses.

bathrooms or rooms with ensuite.

laundry and landscaped outdoor areas.

• Safe environment patrolled by UWS
security 24 hours a day.
Location
• 5 minutes walk from the main academic
area of campus.
• 5 minutes drive to Penrith CBD, 60
minutes by car or train to Sydney CBD.
• Close to major shopping centres, movie
theatres and other amenities.
Furnishing and appliances
• Bedrooms with wardrobe,
bed, desk, study chair.
• Living areas with lounge suite, coffee
table, television, dining table.
• Kitchens with refrigerator, stove, microwave,
kettle, toaster, pots and pans.
• Internal, self-contained laundry in the
townhouses and coin-operated for the appartments.
• Students supply own crockery, cutlery
and linen.

• Telephone in each unit for use with a
pre-paid Phone Away card, or install a
private phone in your room.
• Wireless internet provided by UWS.
• Cleaning service for communal areas.
